Mero Dolakha - Snow fall in Hokkaido

Yesterday (March-2) I arrived in Hokkaido for participating 54th Annual Conference on Hydraulic Engineering, which is held at Hokkaido University from March 4-5, 2010. Hokkaido is very nice city. Hokkaido's weather is harsh in winter with lots of snowfall, below zero temperatures and frozen seas. Today also a lot of snow fall occurs in Sapporo, Hokkaido. Snow fall in Sapporo me at Hokkaido University Snow fall and frozen Nepali researchers/students participation on annual hydraulic engineering conference (Binaya jee, Ripendra jee, Yodu jee, Sujan jee, Maheshwor jee, Yugendra jee and me)
